How the work goes
Couples are guided away from reactive patterns toward genuine understanding and purposeful connection. The work rests on three things: self-reflection, which means understanding your own patterns, triggers, and inner dialogue; language and insight, where carefully crafted linguistic tools open new ways of understanding each other; and relational engagement, because human well-being and growth happen in the interplay between reflecting on yourself and relating to another person.
Your first appointment
Every new client, couples or individual, begins with a First Appointment, a Second Opinion Consultation: a comprehensive consultation to allay concerns, clear roadblocks, and establish your goals. It is 60 minutes and $245, in person or by secure telehealth. Each couples session after that is 55 minutes and $225.

Got Counseling LLC is the Home of the Second Opinion. Second opinions are a valuable way to consult with a counselor to address concerns about stagnation and roadblocks. All initial appointments begin as a Second Opinion.
How does payment work?
Services are all fee-for-service or private pay. Insurance is not accepted. For those who would like to use their out-of-network benefits, Got Counseling LLC works with Thrizer, the payment platform for private pay practices, to automate out-of-network billing. HSA, FSA, cash, check, credit card, debit card, Apple Cash, and PayPal are also accepted.
